Notification of an infringement

Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report infringements of Union law (the "Directive") and Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers (the "Act"), Concern STV INVEST a.s. has established an internal notification system for receiving, recording and handling notifications of infringements.

 

Notification options:

Notification of a possible infringement within the meaning of the Directive and the Act may be made if you have become aware of an act in a company belonging to STV INVEST a.s. Concern that has the characteristics of a criminal offence or misdemeanour or violates a legal regulation or a regulation of the European Union in connection with your work or other similar activity for a company belonging to STV INVEST a.s. Concern.

- In writing via e-mail: oznameni@stvservice.cz

- In writing by post to Bořiny 1145, 572 01 Polička, in an envelope marked 'Notification - do not open - only to the hands of the person concerned'.

- The notifier may also submit the notification via an external system managed by the Ministry of Justice.

The competent person designated to receive, examine and deal with notifications is Mgr. Jana Machová, the acting competent person is PhDr. Roman Bis, MBA.

The whistleblower and the persons who provided assistance or information to him/her in the context of his/her notification are subject to protection, which consists in the prevention of retaliation. The notification will be kept in such a way that the identity of the notifier and other persons and the confidentiality of the information contained in the notification are not compromised.
