We gave students at the University of Pardubice a close-up look at the defense industry

Theory gains real meaning when it can be experienced in practice. This was precisely the experience of students from the University of Pardubice who visited the STV GROUP facilities and had the opportunity to see the modern defence industry environment firsthand.

During the visit, they learned about ammunition production, technological processes at our sister company STV Technology, and the demands placed on the defence industry in terms of precision, expertise, and a high degree of responsibility. What they had previously known mainly from lectures and laboratory exercises, they were able to see here in real operation and in specific contexts.

We consider such meetings to be an important part of cooperation between academia and industry. They help young people better understand the field and confirm to us that supporting future experts makes clear sense. It is they who will help shape quality, innovation, and safety throughout the industry in the coming years.
