STV GROUP donated a special manipulator worth CZK 3 million to firefighters in the Pardubice Region

STV GROUP donated a special manipulator worth CZK 3 million to the Fire and Rescue Service of the Pardubice Region. The new technology will help firefighters safely and efficiently move heavy materials, remove obstacles, and stabilise affected buildings during emergencies. The donation enhances the capabilities of the fire department, particularly during technical interventions following natural disasters, accidents, or fires, and will contribute to the protection of lives and property throughout the region. It also includes a special container for transport and rescue work, which can be used during floods, among other things. The manipulator will be located at the Central Fire Station in Svitavy.
"We appreciate the work of firefighters, who often work in extreme conditions where every second counts. The ongoing modernisation of their technology is not a luxury, but a necessity. We are glad that we can support them and provide them with equipment they can rely on," says Pavel Kudrhalt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of STV GROUP.
"The new manipulator means greater reach, precision, and safety when working with heavy loads. We will use it, for example, when clearing debris, working with container equipment, or securing structures. We want to thank STV GROUP for its long-term support and partnership," adds Col. Aleš Černohorský, director of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Pardubice Region.
The donation to the Pardubice Region Fire Department follows on from STV GROUP's long-term cooperation with the Integrated Rescue System in Polička and the surrounding area. It fulfils the company's mission to support and develop communities, their safety, and resilience wherever STV GROUP operates.
